1. How to book a villa?

You can see the offer of our villas and holiday homes here. To book, you need to select the desired period of stay in the displayed calendar and click on book. The system further takes you to enter the necessary data and afterwards on payment, after which you will receive a booking confirmation email.

2. Is the payment secure?

Payment is secure and is made via the WSPay system or bank transfer. We use WSPay autor to authorize and charge credit cards. The entry and transfer of personal data and credit card number data is protected by the highest security standards provided by WSpay ™ , online credit card authorization system in accordance with the requirements of cardholders and card brands and PCI DSS standards. Credit card authorization and payment is done using the WSpay system ™ for real-time card authorization and payment.

3. Can I cancel a reservation?

Yes, you can cancel your reservation at any time according to the cancellation policy you accepted at the time of booking the accommodation, and in accordance with the cancellation policy specified in the Terms and Conditions. Please read the Terms and Conditions for more information. Please do not cancel the reservation before you are aware of all cancellation conditions.

4. Can I change the reservation?

To change the reservation you must send a request with the change, and if we are able to change the reservation it will be enabled. HomeRent has no obligation to change the reservation.

5. When do I have to pay?

The 30% deposit is payable immediately and the rest according to the Terms of Payment which you can read here. The reservation will be confirmed only after the payment of the deposit (advance).

6. What is included in the price of accommodation?

The price of accommodation includes the costs of accommodation, water, gas, electricity, internet, maintenance of the pool and outdoor space and the use of bed linen, towels and toiletries and kitchen utensils. Prices include VAT and sojourn tax.

Some villas may charge extra for additional services such as pets, additional cleaning on request, etc. Services that are charged extra will be specifically indicated in the special conditions of each villa or communicated by our staff. Therefore, when choosing a villa, please familiarize yourself with the services that are not included in the price of Accommodation. At the request of the guest, the owner of the accommodation unit has the right to charge additional services directly from the guest.

7. What before arrival?

You will receive all necessary information and instructions regarding arrival and check-in by email at least seven (7) days before the day of check-in. The mail will contain the name and contact of your host and all other necessary information and details.

8. Security deposit?

The amount of the security deposit varies from facility to facility and the amount is indicated within the details of each facility. The security deposit is paid upon arrival at the facility in the specified amount in cash, and is returned in the same way at the time of check-out of the guest if the damage has not occurred. 9. Damage during the stay?

Each villa has an indicated amount of deposit in case of possible damage which is paid upon arrival in cash at the accommodation.

If no damage is caused, the deposit is fully refunded to the guest upon check-out.

If you cause damage, you are obliged to pay compensation for it up to the full amount of the damage, regardless of the amount of the deposit. Read more about it in the Terms and Conditions.

10. What if the accommodation is not suitable?

The villas in our offer are not owned by HomeRent but owned by our partners. Therefore, HomeRent contracts the Accommodation service with you in the name and on behalf of its partners who bear all contractual rights and obligations. Therefore, at the time of contracting the Accommodation, you, as a guest, enter into a contractual relationship with our partner who is obliged to provide you with the service of Accommodation as requested by you, and in terms of its capabilities, which we have presented to you.

You are familiar with the details of each accommodation when booking according to the descriptions and images listed in the ad. HomeRent cannot influence any possible changes in accommodation or unforeseen circumstances that may occur due to the stay of the group before you, the influence of the owner or force majeure. Also, all facilities are presented with the aim of providing as accurate information as possible, bearing in mind the avoidance of providing false information. In any case, you have the right to file a complaint about inappropriate accommodation.

11. What if we have problems using the accommodation?

Our staff is always available to help and solve possible problems, but always contact your host and / or owner first to solve all problems. The villas in our offer are not owned by HomeRent but owned by our partners. Therefore, HomeRent contracts the Accommodation service with you in the name and on behalf of its partners who bear all contractual rights and obligations. Therefore, at the time of contracting the Accommodation, you, as a guest, enter into a contractual relationship with our partner.

12. What about when leaving?

Upon departure, you are obliged to announce the time of departure to your host and arrange with him to return the keys and, if necessary, inspect the accommodation facility before departure. You are obliged to report all possible damages to the building and things and leave the accommodation facility in good condition.
