Luxury Villa Seven Seas is located just 100 m from the sea and the beach in Razanj. All rooms offer a beautiful view of the sea and the city, and can accommodate up to 8 guests.

The large pool terrace offers a heated infinity pool of 30 m2 and sunbeds where you can enjoy the beautiful view of the sea while sunbathing. The open space on the ground floor offers a living room, kitchen and dining room. The entire ground floor has large sliding glass walls that allow an unobstructed view of the sea and the connection of the interior with the pool terrace. The living room is dominated by a beautiful sofa that serves as an additional bed for two people. Smart TV is at your disposal. The kitchen is fully equipped and offers all the necessary appliances for smooth gastronomic pleasures. The dining room is tastefully furnished and can accommodate the whole group. On the ground floor there is also a laundry room with washing machine and dryer and one toilet. A beautiful staircase leads you to the first floor of the luxury villa Seven Seas, where there are three bedrooms with bathrooms. All bedrooms have balconies with a view of the sea, and are equipped with king size beds and en suite bathrooms, one of which has a bathtub and a shower, and the other two have a shower. The bathrooms are fully equipped with all necessities and towels, and bathrobes are also available.

The entire Luxury Villa Seven Seas is fully air-conditioned and covered by a WiFi signal. Parking is on site and free of charge.
