Mar Escape Villa is a modern luxury villa located in the picturesque fishermen’s village of Vinisce just a short walk from the beach and less than a 30-minute drive from Split Airport.

Mar Escape Villa sits on a 660 m² plot and offers 250 m² of contemporary interior space spread across three levels. Accommodating up to 8 guests, it features four spacious bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom. An additional guest toilet is available in the common area.

The outdoor area is designed for complete relaxation and privacy: a 14-meter swimming pool with an outdoor shower is surrounded by sun loungers and lounge furniture, while a summer kitchen with a grill and a dining table provides the perfect setting for gatherings under the Mediterranean sky.

Inside, floor-to-ceiling glass walls fill the living and dining area with natural light, seamlessly connecting the interior with the pool and sun deck. The fully equipped open-plan kitchen includes a dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle, mixer, blender, and both a Nespresso and De’Longhi coffee machine. Guests also benefit from a washing machine, dryer, iron, ironing board, and an ice maker.

All four bedrooms of Mar Escape Villa are equipped with king-size beds (180x200 cm), Smart TVs, work desks, and air conditioning. Guests are provided with towels, bed linen, and hair dryers. Families traveling with young children will find a baby cot and high chair available.

Mar Escape Villa is fully air-conditioned, offers fast WiFi throughout the property, and provides two private parking spaces on the fenced plot.

We had a wonderful stay at Mar Escape Villa! The location is absolutely perfect – peaceful and private, yet close enough to the sea and local restaurants. The villa is beautifully designed, with spacious rooms, modern amenities, and every little detail thought of. The pool and outdoor area were our favorite spots – perfect for relaxing with a glass of wine at sunset. Our host was kind and attentive, making sure everything was comfortable for us. We truly felt at home and can’t wait to return. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing and luxurious escape in Croatia!

Magnificent house, hyper design, very well designed with a breathtaking view of the bay, a pretty swimming pool in a typical Croatian fishing village with restaurants and entertainment for young and old. The most beautiful house in the entire bay. The owners are the most charming hosts I know. I loved it and my friends too. Can't wait to go back.
