Situated on a plot of 1160 m², Villa Castanea offers 115 m² of elegant interior space. It can accommodate up to 6 guests in three comfortable bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom. In addition to the three en-suite bathrooms, guests also have an extra toilet in the common area.

The outdoor area of the villa is designed for relaxation and socializing: a private swimming pool measuring 8x4 m with a depth of 1.60 m and an outdoor shower is surrounded by sun loungers and garden furniture, while a barbecue and an outdoor dining table with eight seats create the perfect setting for family and friends.

The villa’s interior radiates modern style and comfort. The spacious living room with a Smart TV and PlayStation 5 console is connected to a fully equipped kitchen and dining area. The kitchen includes a dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster, mixer, blender, and a De’Longhi coffee machine. Guests also have a washing machine, dryer, iron, and ironing board at their disposal.

All three bedrooms are equipped with king-size beds (180x200 cm), Smart TVs, work desks, and air conditioning. Guests are provided with towels, bed linen, bathrobes, and hair dryers. Families with young children will find a baby cot and a high chair available.
