On the ground floor there is a living room with a corner sofa and a pellet fireplace. For entertainment, a Wii console, 3 TVs with 300+ programs, optical Internet and a portable speaker are at your disposal. Right next to the living room is a fully equipped kitchen and dining room. On the ground floor there is also one bedroom with an en suite bathroom with a shower. Upstairs there are two more bedrooms with en suite bathrooms, and the master bedroom has a free-standing bathtub from which you can enjoy the view of the cypress trees and the snow. The room also has a balcony with lounge furniture, where in the warmer months you can enjoy the fresh air and view of the landscape. In the attic there is also a lounge room with bean bags, and there is also an extra bed for two people if needed.

The entire Villa Dia is fully covered by heating and WiFi signal. Parking is on site and free of charge.

The center of Mrkopalj is 2 km away, where the Celimbasa ski resort is located. In the village there is a shop, a bakery, a cafe and a restaurant. In the surroundings of the villa, you can walk along numerous forest or country roads, ride a bike, quads or do some other sport of your choice. Visit the Lokvarka Cave, the Roswell cowboy village and an amusement park where you can play paintball. You can try rafting on the Kupa river or ride horses on the Vrelo ranch.
