Villa Erce

We recently spent a week at Vila Erce as a group of 12. We are six well travelled couples who have stayed in luxury Villas all around the world and this is probably the best value luxury villa we have every stayed in. The location is perfect as it is nestled directly on the beach. Open the back gate and walk out onto one of the few sandy beaches along the Croatian coastline. There are a myriad of little bars, cafes and restaurants along the shoreline all within easy walking distance along the concrete boardwalk. It is an easy walk into the historic village of Omis where you can be mesmerised in the little streets and enjoy lunch or dinner at the cafes and restaurants. You can visit Split by either taking the bus or driving your car. The Villa itself is perfect: seven well appointed and large bedrooms with three directly looking out over the ocean. There are number of entertaining areas including a huge lounge on the second floor and a small but well equipped gym, if you are so inclined. The Villa has all the necessary equipment to support you during your stay: the kitchen has everything you need if you want to cook, there are numerous high quality glasses, plates, etc. There is a lit in the Villa that was large and very quiet. When the toilets are Villeroy and Boche porcelain you know you are staying in a quality place. We used the BBQ for a couple of nights and thoroughly enjoyed sitting outside and using the pool. The owner, Dinko, is a true gentleman and went out of his way to support us for our visit. I know that everyone in our group had a wonderful time and would gladly return. This is the perfect Villa for your stay in this part of Croatia.

Es war traumhaft schön, sehr edel und stylisch! Alles sehr hochwertig und perfekt verarbeitet! Der Hausherr war immer erreichbar und extrem hilfreich! Der Lift war super für unsere ältere Verwandtschaft. Das Haus ist der volle Luxus - es hat alles! Die Gegend herum ist fabelhaft mit ausreichend Lokalen, Bars und Supermärkten.

Our crew of 11 had a fantastic stay. The house is absolutely beautiful. Hosts were very responsive and helpful. All bedrooms are en suite making everyone comfortable. Conveniently located to local attractions. The town of Omis is charming. Split 20-30 minutes away. A hidden gem!

I am incredibly pleased with my stay at Villa Erce. The host Dinko is exceptionally helpful and goes above and beyond to ensure that every guest feels at home. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed and provided with all the assistance and information we needed to make the most of our visit. Their dedication to hospitality made our stay smooth and comfortable, leaving us with wonderful memories. I highly recommend Villa Erce to anyone seeking a relaxing and enjoyable getaway.
