The large garden abounds in lawned areas and is adorned with olive trees. The tiled terrace offers a heated pool of 50 m2, and there are sunbeds for the whole group in the surroundings. A swing, an outdoor dining area and a grill are also available at Villa Martincic Residence. Grassy areas are ideal for various sports activities, and children can have fun on the playground, which offers swings, a slide, a climbing house and a trampoline.

The interiors of this luxurious villa in Istria are spread over two floors, and thanks to the large window walls, they are fully lit and you can enjoy the beauty of nature even when you are not outside the villa. On the ground floor there is an open area of the living room, kitchen and dining room. Two rooms with en suite bathrooms are also located on the ground floor. There is also an entertainment room with table tennis and darts. On the first floor there is an office space and two more bedrooms with en suite bathrooms. All rooms have king size beds, desks with chairs and bathrooms with showers.

The entire Villa Martincic Residence is fully air-conditioned and covered by a WiFi signal. Parking is on site and free of charge.

The villa is within walking distance of the center of Rakalj, where there is a supermarket, a coffee bar and a restaurant. The beach is 1.2 km away. The surroundings of the villa are ideal for enjoying outdoor sports activities and exploring the beauties of Istria. Visit the Viewpoint of St. Agneze. This is also one of the most attractive viewpoints in Istria, offering a magnificent view of the Gulf of Ras, Labinstina and Kvarner. Diving is one of the more attractive activities in this area due to the beautiful seabed, and research is particularly interesting at Skoljic beach and Krnicka port. When you want a dose of a big city, you can drive to Pula or Labin, which are half an hour's drive away.
