Situated on a seafront plot, Villa Marvella offers elegant interior spaces and spacious outdoor areas for up to 12 guests. The villa features five beautifully designed bedrooms and five bathrooms, including one bedroom and one bathroom adapted for guests with disabilities.
Outdoor Area
The outdoor area of the villa is designed for relaxation and socializing. A 50 m² saltwater infinity pool with integrated massage jets, a waterfall, and pool heating invites guests to unwind while enjoying panoramic sea views. Sun loungers and comfortable outdoor seating create a perfect setting for sunbathing or afternoon relaxation. A fully equipped barbecue area and a large outdoor dining table allow guests to enjoy alfresco meals with family and friends.
Ground Floor
The open-plan ground floor of Villa Marvella is designed for comfort and easy access. It features a bright living room with stunning sea views, a fully equipped modern kitchen, and a stylish indoor dining area. A cloakroom and guest toilet are also located on this level. The ground floor includes one disability-access bedroom with a private en-suite bathroom and sea views, ensuring convenience and accessibility for all guests. For added practicality, guests will find a utility room equipped with a washing machine, dryer, and an additional shower—ideal for longer stays or after returning from the beach.
Upper Floor
Upstairs, four stunning sea-view bedrooms await—one master suite with two queen-size beds and a private terrace, plus three spacious bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom, cuddle-wall showers, and balcony access.
Additional Amenities
Villa Marvella offers a private gym with a multi-gym station and a separate gymnastics room, as well as a sauna for up to three people. The villa is fully air-conditioned and heated, equipped with high-speed satellite Internet, and provides private parking for five vehicles plus one trailer space within the fenced property.

As a group of 10 adults when looking for a suitable venue to host our bi-annual holiday Villa Marvella appeared to fit the bill. And we were 110% right. Fantastic views out to the Adriatic Sea, wondrous sunsets, able to enjoy the pool overlooking the sea or walk a few steps to swim in the sea - all combined to make the location idyllic. The ability to take a stroll to bars & restaurants in nearby Rogiznica is also a big plus point. The villa is on a large scale, very secure, very well laid out and appointed to a high standard. The hosts Ewald & Sabine were attentive but not overbearing. We cannot speak highly enough about Villa Marvella - a very special place. Source – Google Reviews

- The guest shall be charged 30% of the booking amount in case of cancellation after booking and an additional 70% in case of cancellation within 30 days prior arrival.
