Villa Stella is part of an exclusive resort in Stari Grad on the island of Hvar. Located in the surroundings of a pine forest and not far from the sea, the Villa offers an open sea view and privacy. The villa is spread over two floors and offers you a 30 m2 swimming pool and a large garden. The terrace and garden cover 1,000 m2, which makes it an ideal space for sunbathing and various sports activities. From the garden and from the pool terrace there is a beautiful open view of the sea. On the ground floor of the Villa Stella there is a fully equipped kitchen with a living room. The living room offers a Smart TV and two sofa beds that serve as additional beds for two people. On the ground floor of this luxury villa on the island of Hvar, there is one bedroom with a bathroom. One toilet is also available. On the first floor of the Villa Stella there are two bedrooms and two bathrooms. On the first floor there is also a terrace with a beautiful view of the sea and is ideal for enjoying the evening and the sunset!

Villa Stella has its own parking and garage. It is completely covered by a wifi signal and is fully air-conditioned.

Bed linen is changed every 7 days, and towels are changed every 3 days.

The villa is part of a resort with its own reception in Rudina. The resort offers:

• a bar where you can refresh yourself
• kids playground
• golf cart rental for transportation to the nearby beach or town center (with a deposit of EUR 1,000)
• booking excursions or additional services at the reception
