Villa Sun is located in Marina, just 200 m from the beautiful beach and clear sea. This villa is an ideal choice for a quiet family vacation with a beautiful view of the sea.

The spacious and modernly equipped Villa Sun consists of two floors. The heated pool of 20 m2 is located on a paved terrace with a wonderful panoramic view of the sea and the nature of the Marina Bay. You can also enjoy the view while relaxing on sunbeds or dining in the fresh and clean air at an outdoor table. A swing and an outdoor grill are also available on the terrace for your comfort. On the ground floor there is a fully equipped kitchen and dining room. The living room is spacious and modernly furnished with two corner sofas that can serve as an extra bed for two people. There are also two Smart TVs with cable television. The villa also offers bluetooth speakers that you can use for entertainment. There is also an exit to the pool terrace in one bedroom located on the ground floor, from which you can also enjoy the view of the sea as soon as you wake up in the morning. One bathroom with shower and washing machine is also located on the ground floor. On the first floor of the villa there are two more bedrooms with a view of the sea and one bathroom with a shower. One bedroom has access to a spacious terrace with a table, chairs and a lounger, an ideal location for enjoying peace and rest with a beautiful panoramic view.

The villa is fully air-conditioned and covered by a WiFi signal. Parking is on site and free of charge.

Villa Sun is located in Marina, just 200 meters from the sea and a pebble beach. The beautiful beach offers a coffee bar, a playground for children and a water park for children in the sea. In the center of Marina there is a supermarket, bakery, pharmacy and numerous restaurants. The location of the villa allows you to rest in peace and quiet, and when you want the hustle and bustle of the city, visit nearby Trogir or Rogoznica.

I spent 6 nights at this villa with 3 families and 4 children. It was one of the most beautiful vacations. The villa is gorgeous, located 20 minutes from Trogir and an hour from Split, with a stunning view and a lovely pool. The beach is a 5-minute walk away, perfect for children. The hosts were wonderful, giving us recommendations for restaurants, beaches, and must-visit places. Honestly, I considered adding something negative to make this review less "flattering," but I simply can't find any. We all had an extraordinary time. We're thinking of returning next year to continue exploring the beautiful places in this country

Our stay at the Villa Sun was simply fantastic! Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed by Igor and Maja, who provided us with all the essential information and valuable tips about the area. The house is just as beautiful as in the pictures, if not even better. The accommodation was spotlessly clean, lovingly decorated, and equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. We especially loved the nice view and the pool that had an excellent temperature. The location is perfect: quiet, yet close to Marina City Center, Trogir and Split. We were able to easily reach everything we had planned to do. Igor was always available and truly made our stay unforgettable. We would recommend this accommodation to anyone looking for a relaxing and carefree vacation.

We had a fantastic stay at Igor and Maya's place. The villa had everything we could have wanted and more. The pool was great (our kids loved it) and the upper terrace was just right for catching the last sun of the day. With Trogir, Split and plenty of hidden gems not far away there's plenty to do.. although the villa was so nice we did end up spending more time than we usually would just relaxing at our home from home. Thanks so much.
