Villa Amari

The beautiful Villa Amari is located near Porec, in the town of Nova Vas. Modernly equipped and furnished, it offers accommodation for 8 guests.

The neutral tones and simple decoration of this modern villa in Istria will delight you. The heated pool is located on the paved terrace, and right next to it is the lounge set. The sun deck with sunbeds is raised above the pool, and there is also an outdoor shower. In the back yard there is a summer kitchen with a wine cooler and an ice maker. There is also a dining room and outdoor TV. Next to it, under the pergola, there is a barbecue and a lounge bench, and olive trees under which you can rest in the shade contribute to the Mediterranean atmosphere.

The interiors of Villa Amari are spread over 3 floors. On the ground floor there is a large open area of the kitchen, dining room and living room. The kitchen is fully equipped and offers an espresso coffee machine. The living room is furnished with a large corner sofa and is equipped with a Smart TV and a radio. There are a total of 4 bedrooms in the villa. There is one master bedroom with en suite bathroom on the ground floor, and the other bedrooms are upstairs. Two bedrooms share a balcony with a view of the rich nature surrounding the villa. All rooms are equipped with a TV, a desk and a chair. All four bathrooms have walk-in showers and are equipped with all bathroom accessories. Roof terrace is ideal for resting in loungers with a glass of wine in the sunset.

The entire Villa Amari is air-conditioned and covered by a WiFi signal. Parking is on site and free of charge and can accommodate 2 cars.

Fans of water sports in Porec can rent kayaks, SUP boards or dive with bottles or on the breath. It is possible to rent a jet ski or book water skiing. The Porec Wine Road will take you to vineyards and wine cellars. From Visnjan, about 15 km from Porec, there is an area of red earth ideal for growing vines, while in the other direction, towards Vizinada, wine roads lead you to wine-growing hills and wine cellars of nearby villages. It is in these cellars that exceptional wines are made. Try excellent local cheeses, Istrian prosciutto, truffle dishes and the inevitable ravioli. You will certainly not return from Istria hungry or dissatisfied, but rested, full and with the desire to return to it as soon as possible!
