With 150 m² of living space, three bedrooms, and three bathrooms, Villa No.18 provides a refined and comfortable atmosphere ideal for a relaxing vacation.

Outdoor Area

The outdoor area of Villa No.18 is designed for total relaxation and enjoyment. 40 m² heated pool with hydro-massage jets invites guests to unwind and refresh under the Istrian sun. Around the pool, guests can relax on six sun loungers or enjoy a drink in the shaded lounge area. The covered outdoor dining area, featuring a large dining table and a separate summer kitchen with a charcoal grill, sink, and lighting, is perfect for preparing and sharing meals together. The property is completely fenced (1.7 m high) and surrounded by landscaped greenery with an automatic irrigation system, providing privacy and a peaceful environment for guests.

Ground Floor

The spacious ground floor of Villa No.18 features an open-plan concept with a bright and elegant living area. A fully equipped modern kitchen with an induction cooktop, oven, dishwasher, and Nespresso and filter coffee machines connects seamlessly to the dining area and living room with a comfortable sofa, SAT-TV, and fireplace. Large glass doors fill the space with natural light and open directly to the terrace and pool area. This level also includes Bedroom 1 (210x180 cm) with a private en-suite bathroom featuring a shower, bidet, and hairdryer. A guest toilet and a utility room equipped with a washing machine, dryer, and ironing board add convenience for longer stays.

First Floor

The first floor offers two beautifully decorated bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 2 (200x160 cm) overlooks the pool, while Bedroom 3 (210x180 cm) faces the quiet greenery behind the villa. Both rooms share a common terrace ideal for morning coffee or relaxing in the afternoon shade. Each bedroom is equipped with air conditioning, SAT-TV, mosquito screens, and modern bathrooms with walk-in showers.

Additional Amenities

Villa No.18 is fully air-conditioned and provides underfloor heating as well as pool heating (available on request at €200 per week). High-speed WiFi, a Bluetooth speaker, and a fireplace in the living room create a cozy and connected environment. Guests also have access to a baby cot, high chair, and complete laundry facilities (washing machine, dryer, iron).

The villa includes private parking for three vehicles inside a fenced yard.
