Villa Aurea is a modern beachfront villa located just 10 meters from the sea in the charming coastal town of Privlaka, near Zadar.

Villa Aurea spreads across three spacious levels, with a total of four bedrooms and four bathrooms. The outdoor area features a 26 m² private swimming pool surrounded by sun loungers, ideal for soaking up the sun. A shaded area with comfortable garden furniture, a gas barbecue, and an outdoor shower offers the perfect setting for enjoying warm summer evenings with family and friends. The villa’s private garden is well-maintained and provides additional space for outdoor activities and relaxation.

Inside, Villa Aurea combines contemporary design with comfort. The ground floor includes two bedrooms and a game room, perfect for kids or teenagers. On the first floor, you’ll find a modern open-plan kitchen equipped with all necessary appliances including a dishwasher, oven, refrigerator, freezer, ice maker, and capsule coffee machine. The kitchen connects to a stylish living room with a smart TV and opens onto a spacious terrace ideal for outdoor dining with views of the sea.

The second floor houses two more bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom, dressing room, and access to a private terrace. All bedrooms in Villa Aurea are furnished with king-size beds (180x200 cm) that can be separated into twin beds upon request. Each bedroom is air-conditioned and equipped with a safe. Bathrooms are modern and equipped with showers, towels, hair dryers, and underfloor heating for added comfort.

Villa Aurea is fully air-conditioned and covered by a fast WiFi signal throughout the house. The villa is also secured with a video surveillance system. There are three private parking spaces available for guests on the property.

Pets are welcome upon request, with an additional daily fee. A baby cot and high chair are also available for families traveling with young children.
