The modern Villa KaLa is located in the Zadar region in the town of Krneza.

Only 2.5 km from the sea and the beach, Villa KaLa offers peace and privacy in the surrounding of a beautiful nature. Modernly furnished and richly equipped, it offers a handful of facilities for relaxation and entertainment. There is a heated swimming pool on the spacious terrace, and comfortable deck chairs and an outdoor shower are located right next to it. For children there is a playground with a slide and a swing. There is also a barbecue and an outdoor dining room in the garden. On the balcony of the first floor of the villa, there is a jacuzzi where you can relax while enjoying the beautiful panoramic view of nature.

The interiors of Villa KaLa are spread over three floors. In the basement there is an entertainment room with a Playstation console, a pool table and darts. There is also a wine fridge and a small kitchen. Fitness room and a sauna are also set here. On the ground floor there is a beautiful fully equipped kitchen with a kitchen island, and right next to it is the dining room. The living room is equipped with a couch and armchairs and offers a Smart TV. Sliding windows enable the interior and the pool terrace to be connected. There are 4 bedrooms on the first floor of the villa. Two bedrooms have en suite bathrooms with showers. There are 2 more bathrooms in the villa. All bathrooms are equipped with all bathroom accessories.

The entire Villa KaLa is fully air-conditioned and covered by a WiFi signal. Parking is on site and free of charge.

The surroundings of Villa Kala are ideal for enjoying nature. The nearest beach is in Ljubac. Ljubac's beaches are sandy, and are ideal for carefree playing and swimming of children. Catering facilities are located along several main beaches. If you are an adrenaline junkie, we recommend rafting on the Zrmanja river, and if you just want to see the natural beauty, visit Paklenica National Park. For a day trip, we recommend visiting the city of Zadar and seeing its historical heritage, the value of which has been recognized by UNESCO.

Was für ein fabelhaftes Haus – die Villa KaLa gehört definitiv zu den besten Ferienhäusern, die wir je erleben durften. Ausstattung, Stil, Gastgeber – besser geht’s nicht! Vom Salzwasserpool über den Whirlpool mit traumhaftem Meer- und Sonnenuntergangsblick, das geschmackvolle Interieur, die voll ausgestattete Küche bis hin zum für unsere Kinder ultimativen Spiel- und Freizeitbereich im Untergeschoss: Darts, Billard, Sauna, Fitnessbereich – und natürlich eine PS5 mit riesigem Fernseher. Es fehlt wirklich an nichts. Die Gastgeber Katharina und Tommy waren jederzeit für uns da – sei es mit tollen Ausflugstipps, Unterstützung bei Buchungen oder einfach für einen netten Plausch zwischendurch. Die Lage ist angenehm ruhig und gleichzeitig ideal für Ausflüge – ob an den Strand, nach Zadar, Split oder in die umliegenden Nationalparks. Ein (Miet-)Wagen ist allerdings sehr zu empfehlen. Unser Fazit: Gemeinsam mit einer befreundeten Familie – vier Erwachsene und vier Kinder im Alter von 10 bis 14 Jahren – haben wir eine rundum wunderschöne Zeit in der Villa KaLa verbracht. Absolut empfehlenswert

Wir hatten das Glück, unseren Urlaub in dieser atemberaubenden Villa KaLa verbringen zu dürfen, und es war absolut perfekt! Die Lage ist traumhaft – ruhig, abgeschieden und doch nah genug, um alles zu erkunden, was die Region zu bieten hat. Die Villa selbst ist luxuriös, stilvoll, modern und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Es fehlt wirklich an nichts: eine voll ausgestattete Küche, großzügige Schlafzimmer mit bequemen Boxspringbetten und natürlich der fantastische Salzwasserpool, sowie der Jacuzzi. Für unsere Teenager (15, 18, und 19 Jahre), gab es einen voll ausgestatteten Keller mit PlayStation, Billard, Dart, Gym und sogar einer Sauna. Dort fehlte es den Kindern und uns wirklich an nichts!! 🙏🏼 Die Gastgeber Katarina und Tomislav waren unglaublich freundlich, sehr hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend, immer erreichbar und haben dafür gesorgt, dass wir uns rundum wohlgefühlt haben. Wenn Sie nach einem Ort suchen, um dem Alltag zu entfliehen, in absoluter Ruhe zu entspannen und den Luxus einer privaten Villa zu genießen –
