The beautiful beachfront Villa Pepera will delight you with its location, view and spaciousness. This beachfront villa in Dalmatia offers luxurious accommodation for 12 people.
Villa Pepera is located next to Sibenik, in the town Zaboric, and is located first row to the sea and the beach. The pool terrace offers a heated pool with salt water and massage jets. There are sunbeds and an outdoor shower on the terrace. Grill is also at your disposal and you can enjoy dining in the fresh air in the shade where outdoor dining room is set. When you decide to replace the pool with the sea, you can also use SUP boards, which are available to guests.
The interiors of Villa Pepera near Sibenik are modern, comfortable and tastefully furnished. Thanks to the large sliding windows, all rooms are illuminated and sunlit. The villa has two living rooms and two fully equipped kitchens. The villa has 6 bedrooms, 5 of which have an en suite bathroom with a shower. There are 6 bathrooms and 2 toilets in the villa. On the first floor, on colder days, you can enjoy the sauna with a view of the sea. The villa also has a fitness room with equipment and an entertainment area with a PlayStation console.
Villa Pepera is fully air-conditioned and covered by a WiFi signal. Parking is on site and free of charge.

Our stay at Villa Pepera was absolutely AMAZING! The place is even more stunning in real life than in the photos- spacious, spotless and beautifully decorated. The view was breathtaking and the heated pool area was a dream. The villa had everything we needed: fully equipped kitchen, air conditioning in every room and a lovely terrace where we mostly spent our evenings. The gym and game room was perfect for our children. The host is an amazing person and incredibly kind, always available if we needed something and he truly made us feel welcome. We had a couple of really good restaurants near by and the beach right in front of the villa was perfect for our family. Thank you very much for this experience! Lots of love from Romania and can't wait to be back soon!

Wir waren in der 1 Pfingstwoche mit 6 Erwachsenen und 5 Kindern in der Villa Pepera. Schon bei der Ankunft wurden wir sehr herzlich empfangen und uns erwartete bereits ein gefüllter Kühlschrank mit vielen gekühlten Getränken und ein bunt gemischter Obstkorb. Das Haus befindet sich in einem makellosen Zustand, alles war sehr sauber und modern eingerichtet. Die Lage direkt am Meer ist einfach Traumhaft. Es hat unsere Erwartungen mehr als erfüllt. Ein ganzes großes Lob für die herzliche Gastfreundschaft. Ante war für uns jederzeit bei Fragen zu erreichen. Wir alle können die Villa Pepera nur weiter empfehlen und hoffen das es nicht unser letzter Urlaub dort war.
