The spacious and paved pool terrace is dominated by a heated pool of 50 m2, and from the terrace and pool there is a beautiful open view of the sea. The environment of tall pine trees, palm trees and Mediterranean plants in a carefully maintained garden especially contributes to the experience of relaxation while you are outdoors looking at the sea. After swimming, you can sunbathe or rest in the shade on one of the sunbeds or lounge sets, which you can choose from on the terrace. On the back side of the yard, there is an outdoor grill and an outdoor dining room, an ideal combination for outdoor gastronomic pleasures. You can have fun with table tennis and table football.

Beautiful interiors are spread over two floors. The interiors are excellently lit thanks to the glass facade that extends over two floors, and there are also large sliding windows. On the ground floor there is a spacious living room furnished with sofas and armchairs from which you can watch Smart TV or enjoy the sea view. Next to it is a spacious dining room that can accommodate the whole group, and there is also a fully equipped kitchen with a kitchen island. The kitchen is richly equipped with various devices and appliances, which makes it ideal for culinary pleasures on vacation without worrying about missing anything. The villa has 6 bedrooms with en suite bathrooms. The master room has a bathroom with a bathtub for moments of relaxation, and the other bathrooms have walk-in showers. The bathrooms are equipped with all bathroom accessories, towels and robes. For an active vacation, you can use the gym, and there are also 6 bicycles available, 3 for adults and 3 for children. Billiards are also available for entertainment. The entire villa is equipped with LED lighting that you can control via the wall displays and thus create the atmosphere that suits you best at that moment.
