The spacious property has been carefully and comprehensively arranged for groups of family and friends. In the yard, there is a 32 m2 swimming pool, sunbeds, umbrellas and an outdoor shower. A large fireplace and a covered outdoor dining area in the shade are a great place to enjoy meals in the fresh and clean country air. There is a basketball court in the yard. In the lawned areas there is a volleyball court with a net and a soccer field with goals. Swings, a slide and a climbing area are available for children. There is also darts for all ages. Villa Smajo has plenty of space for various other sports activities of your choice. There is also a bathroom and a toilet next to the pool.

The interiors of Villa Smajo in Kotlenice are rustic but comfortable just like in any countryside villa. On the ground floor of the villa there is a fully equipped kitchen with a dining room. Right next to it is the living room with Smart TV and satellite programs. On the ground floor there are three bedrooms and one bathroom and toilet. There are two more bedrooms on the first floor.

Villa Smajo has one air conditioner on the staircase that cools the entire villa and it is enough because even summers are not so hot in the area. Wifi is available and free. Parking is on site and free of charge.
