Villa Antea is a luxurious 5-star retreat located in the peaceful village of Hrboki in Istria.

Villa Antea spreads over 450 m² of interior space and two floors, featuring four spacious bedrooms, each with a private en-suite bathroom, air conditioning, a smart TV, and a work desk. Two of the bedrooms are equipped with an additional 140x200 cm bed, making them perfect for families with children. All rooms are tastefully designed with comfort and luxury in mind.

The ground floor features a generous open-plan living and dining area, with a fireplace, large smart TV, and a dining table for 12 guests. The fully equipped kitchen includes high-end appliances such as a wine fridge, ice maker, dishwasher, microwave, and a Nespresso coffee machine. Next to the kitchen, you’ll find a separate guest WC, and laundry room with washer and dryer. A private wellness zone includes a sauna, walk-in shower, and a jacuzzi.

Outside, Villa Antea truly shines. The centerpiece is a 12 x 6 meter heated swimming pool with counter-current swimming system, waterfall feature, and night lighting. Around the pool, you'll find eight sun loungers, a covered lounge area, and a fully equipped summer kitchen with a large dining table and BBQ grill — perfect for outdoor gatherings. The garden includes a playground, badminton set, and four bicycles for exploring the surrounding nature.

Additional amenities include underfloor heating, high-speed fiber optic internet (300 Mbps), PlayStation 5 console, 5 smart TVs, and a private garage for secure parking. The villa is equipped with security cameras, a smoke and CO detector, fire extinguisher, first aid kit, and meets the highest safety standards. Pets are welcome on request, and baby equipment (cot and high chair) is also available.

Although nestled in a peaceful rural location, Villa Antea is just 20 km from the historic city of Pula, and only a short drive to the nearest beach (1.5–2.5 km depending on type). Restaurants, shops, bakeries, and cafés are all within 4 km.
