Villa Immortella in Istria has a sauna and underfloor heating in all rooms, which, in addition to the beautiful nature and surroundings, makes it an ideal location for a year-round stay. The garden is full of Mediterranean plants and palm trees, and the lower floors have green roofs, which makes this villa perfectly integrated into the environment.

On the ground floor of the villa there is a spacious kitchen with a kitchen island and bar stools. Right next to the kitchen is the dining room. The living room has a fireplace and a large comfortable sofa from which you can enjoy the view of nature thanks to the large sliding windows. Villa Immortella has 3 bedrooms with en suite bathrooms. The rooms are equipped with king size beds and air conditioning. All bathrooms are equipped with showers, and one has a free standing bathtub from which you can enjoy the view of the sea. The villa also has a jacuzzi, gym, table tennis and a PS5 gaming console.

The entire Villa Immortella is air-conditioned and covered by a WiFi signal. Parking is on site and free of charge.
