Built in a combination of concrete, Istrian stone and iron, it is perfectly integrated into the environment and provides a pleasant environment that you will enjoy. There is a 32 m2 swimming pool in the yard, and sunbeds and an outdoor shower are at your disposal. There is also a barbecue and an outdoor dining room in the garden. The warm interiors of the villa are spread over two floors. On the ground floor there is a living room with a couch and a Smart TV, and there is also a fireplace for central heating in the cold months. The couch is used as an additional bed for two people. Next to it is a fully equipped kitchen with a kitchen bar and a dining room. Stairs lead to the first floor where the bedrooms are located. One room has a queen size bed and the other two single beds. The rooms offer a beautiful view of Rabac and the sea. There are two bathrooms in the villa. Table tennis is available for entertainment.

The entire villa is air-conditioned and covered by a WiFi signal. Parking is on site and free of charge.

Two bicycles are available to guests with prior notice.

The villa is located in Gondolici near Rabac and Labin. Next to the villa there is a footpath that can be used to reach Rabac and Skitaca. Rabac is a small tourist place where you can enjoy a walk by the sea or have a lunch or a dinner. Labin is also close by, and is ideal for visiting museums, churches and the old town, as well as exploring the gastronomic specialties of Istria. The nature surrounding the villa is ideal for cycling or walking, and nearby you can also try horse riding, diving or fishing.
