The outdoor area includes a private heated swimming pool with ambient lighting and an overflow edge, surrounded by comfortable sun loungers—perfect for relaxing throughout the day. A summer kitchen with a grill, outdoor dining table, and garden lounge furniture provides the ideal setting for enjoying warm Mediterranean evenings with family and friends.

Inside, Villa Cloud9 D1 blends functionality with contemporary comfort. The open-plan living room is equipped with a TV and air conditioning, and connects seamlessly with a fully equipped kitchen that includes a dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle, and Nespresso coffee machine. The villa also offers a washing machine and all basic kitchen amenities.

All three bedrooms are furnished with king-size beds (180x200 cm), TVs, and air conditioning. What more can I say after a wonderful holiday on Pašman, surrounded by irresistible peace and an even better view? The five stars speak for themselves. Excellent location for anyone who loves the beauty of the coast and daily spectacular views. The staff, led by Lea, were always available and incredibly kind — all compliments to them! The house itself is fantastic, perfect for those who appreciate minimalism — perhaps just a few small details could be added in terms of equipment and a bit more privacy with larger natural outdoor partitions. But all that aside, considering that the whole project has only recently started on the market, it’s already impressive. As far as I’m concerned, I’ve found my go-to place for summer holidays!
