Designed for families and groups of friends, the villa accommodates up to 8 guests in 4 beautifully furnished bedrooms, each with a private bathroom. The villa features a heated private pool, rooftop terrace with jacuzzi, and shared fitness room and children’s playground with its neighbouring property, Villa Magic Sky 2.

Outdoor Area

The outdoor area of Villa Magic Sky 1 is designed for ultimate relaxation and enjoyment. A private heated pool surrounded by comfortable sun loungers invites you to unwind under the Mediterranean sun. Guests can prepare delicious meals in the outdoor summer kitchen with barbecue and enjoy al fresco dining in the shaded dining area. The fenced garden features a green lawn, outdoor shower, and access to a children’s playground and badminton area, shared with Villa Magic Sky 2. With the sea only 50 meters away, guests can easily alternate between swimming in the pool and relaxing on the nearby beach.

One of the villa’s highlights is its spectacular rooftop terrace, featuring a private jacuzzi and a comfortable lounge area. From here, guests can enjoy breathtaking panoramic views of the Adriatic Sea and magical sunsets, creating the perfect atmosphere for evening relaxation. Indoor Area

The villa’s interior radiates modern style and comfort. The spacious living room with a Smart TV opens directly to the pool terrace and is connected to a fully equipped kitchen and dining area. The kitchen includes a dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster, mixer, blender, and a coffee machine. Guests also have a washing machine, dryer, iron, and ironing board at their disposal. All four bedrooms are equipped with double beds (three 180x200 cm and one 160x200 cm), Smart TVs, and air conditioning, while each has its own private bathroom. Guests are provided with towels, bed linen, and hair dryers. Families with young children will find a baby cot and a high chair available.

Villa Magic Sky 1 is fully air-conditioned, equipped with underfloor heating, and offers high-speed Wi-Fi throughout.

Private parking for up to three vehicles is available. Pets are allowed on request.
