This spacious villa for a peaceful family vacation in Croatia is located in Marina and can accommodate a total of 14 guests.
Villa Hileja will delight you with its beautifully decorated garden, which is abundant with flowers and Mediterranean herbs. The pool terrace is paved and offers a heated pool of 45 m2 with the option of counter current swimming. The terrace is equipped with sunbeds where you can enjoy sunbathing or reading a book in the shade. The outdoor dining room with fireplace is located in the covered part of the terrace in the shade, in front of the entrance to Villa Hileja. In the yard there is also a children's playground with a slide, a climbing house and a trampoline. Table tennis, table football and darts will serve to entertain the whole group. The villa also has two beautiful terraces overlooking the nearby green slopes, and one of the terraces offers an INTEX jacuzzi to enjoy the view and the sunset.
The interiors of Villa Hileja are modernly equipped and comfortable for a group of 14 people. A large corner sofa and Smart TV dominate the living room. The kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances. There are 5 bedrooms in the villa. Four bedrooms have king size beds, one extra bed and en suite bathrooms with showers. The fifth bedroom has a bunk bed and a separate bathroom.
Villa Hileja is fully air-conditioned and covered by a WiFi signal. Parking is on site and free of charge.
Villa Hileja is located in Marina near Trogir. In the center of town, 2 km from the villa, there is a supermarket, bakery, bar, restaurant and beaches. The environment is ideal for sports activities. Biking, walks in nature and by the sea, and various sports activities at sea are available in the area. Explore hidden coves and swim in the crystal clear sea. For a day trip, visit Trogir, Krka National Park or nearby islands.

The property is fantastic- clean, Ivan and his wife were the perfect hosts. The villa is spacious and well thought out. It has everything you need to feel at home. The poolside and balcony have amazing views of sunrise over the mountains, and you can also enjoy sunsets as well. Ivan was incredibly attentive to all of our questions right from booking and throughout the stay. We had a few very specific things to arrange for my Mum’s 70th and he was on hand to advise and provide information. He kept us informed of local holidays, celebrations and when supermarkets might be closed which was really useful when planning activities during our stay. When my parents arrived it was late at night so I was quite worried about them arriving. Ivan made sure that they were welcomed with local food made by his wife. This was a lovely touch after such a long journey. Ivan also showed us the local area and some beautiful spots to go. You can tell he is very knowledgable and proud of such a wonderful area and that shines through in his hosting. I would 100% book again. My Mum’s birthday was incredibly special and it’s largely thanks to the quality of the villa and the hosting we received. If you’re considering booking- do it!

Well equipped and very nice house. Luxurious bedrooms and bathrooms. Swimming pool and jacuzzi are a big plus. The owner was very friendly and gave us lots of tips and information about the area. Located near a fairly busy road.

- The guest shall be charged 30% of the booking amount in case of cancellation after booking and an additional 70% in case of cancellation within 30 days prior arrival.
