Villa Majestic is a modern private villa located in the heart of Bol on the beautiful island of Brac, one of the most popular destinations on the Adriatic coast. Designed for guests seeking comfort, privacy, and lovely sea views, this welcoming villa combines Mediterranean charm with practical amenities for a relaxing holiday experience.

Situated just minutes from the world-famous Zlatni Rat and within walking distance of beaches, restaurants, and the lively town promenade, Villa Majestic offers an excellent balance between peaceful surroundings and central location. The villa comfortably accommodates up to 9 guests across five bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom.

Outdoor Area

The outdoor area of Villa Majestic is designed for relaxation and quality time with family and friends. A private heated saltwater swimming pool provides refreshment during warm summer days, while five sun loungers create the perfect space for enjoying the Mediterranean sun. Guests can also unwind in the jacuzzi or relax in the sauna after exploring Bol and its beaches. The fully fenced yard ensures privacy, while the barbecue area and outdoor dining table for 12 guests allow for enjoyable alfresco meals.

Indoor Area

The interior of Villa Majestic offers bright and functional open-plan living spaces filled with natural light. Villa offers fully equipped kitchen. The indoor dining area seats up to ten guests, making it ideal for shared meals. The comfortable living room features a sofa, Smart TV, Wi-Fi, and a small workspace. A separate laundry area is equipped with a washing machine, dryer, iron, ironing board, vacuum cleaner, and cleaning supplies, which is particularly convenient for longer stays. The villa is fully air-conditioned.

Villa Majestic features five bedrooms. Four bedrooms are equipped with queen-size beds (160x200 cm), while one bedroom offers a queen-size bed (140x200 cm). Each bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom, air conditioning, TV, and quality bed linen. A baby cot is available upon request, making the villa suitable for families with children.

Additional Amenities

Heating is provided via air conditioning. Pets are allowed on request. Smoking is permitted only in outdoor areas. The villa does not have private parking – parking is public and subject to a fee.
