The beautiful stone Villa MarLea is located in Komolac, near the city of Dubrovnik, just a kilometer from the sea and the beach.

The spacious exterior and interior is large enough for a group of up to 12 guests. The large yard is dominated by a 50 m2 swimming pool, and the pool terrace offers enough space to rest and enjoy various outdoor activities. There are sun loungers by the pool, and if you prefer to rest in the shade, you can sit under an umbrella. An outdoor shower is also available. The summer kitchen is richly equipped with all appliances, and there is also a fireplace with a barbecue. The outdoor dining area is right next to the kitchen. The area of the summer kitchen and dining room is covered, which makes this place an ideal location for preparing all dishes and enables dining in the shade in the fresh air. There is also garden furniture on the terrace, an ideal location for drinking the first morning coffee with a view of the green hills in the distance. You can have fun playing basketball or some other sports activities on the lawned areas.

The interiors of Villa MarLea are spread over two floors and offer two fully equipped kitchens, two living rooms and 5 bedrooms. There are a total of 4 bathrooms in the villa, 3 of which have a shower and one has a bathtub. There is also one toilet available. The sofas in the living rooms are used as an extra bed for two people. The bathrooms are equipped with all bathroom necessities.

The entire Villa MarLea is air-conditioned and covered by a WiFi signal. Parking is on site and free of charge.
