Villa Proversa

The luxury edition of Villa Proversa covers 1,500 m2 right next to the beach, first row to the sea. The crystal clear sea, the Mediterranean nature and the comfort that Villa Proversa provides make it ideal for a vacation in Croatia. The pool terrace offers a heated overflow pool of 40 m2 with the option of counter-current swimming. Comfortable sunbeds are arranged along the terrace, and several of them are located on the private gravel beach right in front of the villa. The garden lounge furniture is the perfect place to enjoy the magical sunset that you can enjoy at this villa. The summer kitchen and fireplace are located in the shade, and there is also an outdoor dining room with an unobstructed view of the sea.

The interiors of Villa Proversa are spread on the ground floor and the high attic. A large corner sofa and Smart TV are located in the comfortable living room. In the next room there is a kitchen and a dining room. The kitchen is fully equipped and spacious and has a kitchen island. The hobs are placed so that even while cooking you can enjoy the view of the sea. The stairs from the living room lead to the high attic where the master bedroom is located. It is equipped with a king size bed, a desk and a TV. There is also an open bathroom with a free standing bathtub for moments of relaxation. The remaining four bedrooms are located on the ground floor and two have en suite bathroom. One bedroom has an extra bed 180*200 which is placed in the attic. In the basement of the villa there is a fitness room with a treadmill and fitness equipment, as well as a laundry room with a washing machine and dryer.

Villa Proversa is fully air-conditioned and covered by a WiFi signal. Parking is on location and can accommodate 5 vehicles, and there is a covered parking space for two vehicles.

During your stay at the villa, you can rent a jet ski for 300 EUR/day and a Can-am vehicle for 250 EUR/day. Everything else, such as excursions, visits to restaurants, additional cleaning and the like, can be arranged with the villa manager upon arrival.

The beautiful bay and town of Zdrelac will delight you. Villa Proversa is within walking distance of supermarkets, bars and restaurants. The beach is right in front of the villa, and the nature on the island is perfect for cycling, jogging and walking. In taverns all over the island of Pasman, you can enjoy seafood delicacies such as crabs and shellfish or grilled fish. Visit the nearby island of Ugljan, and for a day trip we recommend a visit to the island national park Kornati or the town of Zadar.
