Sun loungers and an outdoor shower are available outside. The interiors of the villa are modern, and from the second floor there is a beautiful view of the sea and the center of Sumartin. On the ground floor of the villa there is a living room and a kitchen with a dining room. There are also two bathrooms and an additional toilet. On the first floor there are two bedrooms, and a third bedroom on the second floor. From the window of the room there is a beautiful view of the sea and the center of Sumartin.

The house is fully air-conditioned and covered by a WiFi signal. Parking is at the property and free of charge.
