Villa Frida

The beautiful new Villa Frida is located in Sumartin on the island of Brač. At this stunning location Villa Frida offers an open view of the sea and guarantees peace, privacy and a Mediterranean vacation in every sense of the word.

Surrounded by olive trees and greenery, this stone beauty was built in 2015 on a spacious property in the hinterland of Sumartin. Although secluded, the sea and the beach are only 150 meters from the villa. Surrounded by greenery, white stone and wood, with the sun and a view of the sea, and in the silence that this location offers, you will surely recharge your batteries for returning to everyday life. The main advantage of this stone beauty is the large overflow pool of 40 m2, which offers a wonderful view of the sea. There is also an outdoor shower and deckchairs for sunbathing or resting in the shade under one of the treetops. The paved courtyard offers you a large fireplace, outdoor dining room and garden furniture. For children, there is a playground with a slide, a climbing area and swings. In addition to the beautiful yard and garden, Villa Frida also captivates with its interiors. The interiors are decorated modernly and in bright colors, and are spread over two floors. On the ground floor of the villa there is an open space with a fully equipped kitchen, dining room and living room. There is also a bathroom with a walk-in shower and a toilet. Villa Frida has three bedrooms on the first floor. One bedroom offers a queen size bed and two extra beds, the second bedroom offers a queen size bed, and the third bedroom offers two single beds.

Villa Frida has air conditioning on the ground floor and in the first bedroom, and the second bedroom is equipped with a fan. The villa is covered by WiFi signal. Parking is on site and free of charge, and the covered part can accommodate two cars.

Although secluded, Villa Frida is located within walking distance of the first beach and the sea. A restaurant, coffee bar and shop are located in the center of town, 1 kilometer from the villa. The town of Sumartin is connected by a ferry line to Makarska, and another ferry port, Supetar, is connected to Split. The place will delight you with its waterfront by the sea where you can relax by walking, riding a bike or in the surroundings engage in many other sports activities that the island of Brac offers.
