The luxurious Villa Jure is located in the hinterland of Makarska in the town of Župa. Secluded, richly equipped and luxuriously furnished, it offers everything for a relaxing vacation for 8 guests.

Villa Jure has a 45 m2 heated swimming pool and a sun deck with sunbeds in the spacious and carefully tended yard. Next to the villa is an outdoor fireplace and an outdoor dining room. The remains of the former old stone house were left as a memory of some past times on which this luxury villa is now built. The interiors of Villa Jure are spread over two floors. Wood and warm colors dominate the space, just like the many paintings that adorn the walls of the villa. The living room is modern and tastefully decorated with two comfortable sofas and an indoor fireplace, and you also have a Smart TV with satellite programs at your disposal. The kitchen is fully equipped with all modern and necessary appliances, including a dishwasher and an espresso machine. On the ground floor there is one bedroom with en suite bathroom with a bathtub, and there is also an additional toilet. For lovers of an active vacation, there is a fitness and spa room. It contains a bicycle and an orbitrek, a sauna and a shower and a massage table. The remaining three bedrooms are upstairs and each has its own bathroom with shower. All bedrooms have air conditioning and Smart TV.

The villa is fully air-conditioned and covered by WiFi signal. The parking lot is at the property and free of charge.

Guests can use the nearby outdoor sports center that offers mini golf, a tennis court, a basketball court and a bowling alley. To use it, you have to book an appointment with the host and that's it!

Villa Jure is located in the hinterland of the Makarska Riviera. A car is recommended. The nearest town is Zagvozd. For beaches, visit the nearby Baška Voda, which is only 30 minutes away! Wir waren mit 7 Freunden dort und hatten eine absolut großartige Zeit. Das Haus ist super schön, sauber, modern und wirkt in echt sogar nochmal deutlich größer als auf den Bildern. Direkt am Haus gibt es große Rasenflächen, die sich perfekt zum Ballspielen oder für andere Aktivitäten eignen. Den herrlichen Pool nicht zu vergessen! Die Tennis- und Minigolfanlage sowie der zusätzliche Pool sind jederzeit privat nutzbar und direkt hinter dem Haus zu finden. So etwas ist sehr besonders. (Equipment vorhanden) Der einzige kleine „Nachteil“ ist die Lage: Das Haus liegt etwas abgelegen und zum nächsten großen Supermarkt muss man ein Stück fahren. Dafür ist es aber wunderbar ruhig gelegen und von einer traumhaft bergigen Landschaft umgeben. Die Lage ist ja aber auch bereits auf der Karte zu erkennen. Alles in allem eine wirklich großartige Unterkunft, die ich uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen kann! Und darum finde ich es etwas schade, dass das Objekt bislang kaum Bewertungen hat.

We had a fantastic week at this amazing villa with pool in quiet rural location but only 30mins drive from beaches. Great Konoba restaurants for eating out available locally.

A beautiful, peaceful and remote villa to enjoy lazing in the sunshine and swimming in the private pool. Gym and sauna on site. 20Mbs Internet with ubiquiti WiFi access throughout and smart tvs in every bedroom.
