Villa Župa is located in a hinterland of Makarska riviera. Secluded place in nature, yet not isolated, is perfect for your peaceful and relaxing holidays away from city hustle. Makarska and Baška Voda are only 30 min driving distance away!

Built from stone and having a carefully tended garden and surroundings Villa Župa offers spacious accommodation for group up to 8 guests. Outdoors offer 25 m2 swimming pool, outdoor shower and sunbeds. There is also one swing for special enjoyment under sun or in the shade, as you like! Outdoors also offer fireplace and dining area set in shade. The interior is decorated very comfortble and is dominated by wood. Living room offers Smart Tv, DVD and home theater. One big pull out sofa (170x190) serves as an additional bed for 2 guests. Kitchen is fully equipped and dining room offers luxury set of plates. On the ground floor there is also a bedroom with a double bed and an en suite bathroom with a shower, and a bathroom with a shower as a separate unit. On the first floor there are two bedrooms with en suite bathrooms with a shower. First floor ofeers balcony overlooking mountains and all the greenery in the area.

Villa is fully air conditioned and covered by wifi signal. Parking is on site and free of charge.

Villa offers 4 mountain bikes free of charge. Guests can use nearby open air sports centre offering mini golf, tennis court, basketball court and boccel balls. For usage you have to book an appointment with the host and thats it!
