A beautiful stone beauty, Villa Laurus, is an old stone house that was completely renovated in 2018. Located in the picturesque town of Sumartin on the island of Brač, it offers a vacation in a peaceful environment with a Mediterranean spirit.

Although this unique holiday villa is located in the center of the town, in the garden and on the pool terrace you will be able to enjoy your privacy undisturbed. A large heated pool of 38m2 dominates the beautifully paved courtyard, and it also has hydromassage jets. The spacious outdoors are decorated with a carefully maintained garden with various Mediterranean plants and flowers and plenty of space for sunbathing or resting in the shade. The outdoor dining area of this holiday villa is covered and in the shade, and there is a fireplace right next to it.

The interiors of Villa Laurus combine wood and stone, providing the real atmosphere of old stone Mediterranean houses. Although in the spirit of the old Mediterranean, Villa Laurus is equipped with all modern devices necessary for a pleasant vacation! The villa has kitchen, living room and 4 bedrooms. There are 3 bathrooms in the villa. There are also two toilets. All rooms offer a beautiful view of the sea and the waterfront in Sumartin.

The entire Villa Laurus is air-conditioned and covered by Wi-Fi signal.

Parking is free and can accommodate two cars.

Villa Laurus is located in the center of Sumartin on the island of Brač. Shop, bar and restaurant are within walking distance from the villa, just like the beach! The ferry line Sumartin-Makarska runs for 40 minutes and docks in the center, which makes getting to Villa Laurus extremely easy and the journey shorter. Sumartin and the island of Brač are ideal for sports fans, because you can see and get to know the island by practicing your favorite sport. Whether you are cycling or jogging, there are numerous roads and paths that you can use to reach beautiful viewpoints or visit some of the attractions along the way. The entire island of Brač is an island of vineyards and olive groves. Visit the Stina winery or one of the many olive oil presses and tasting rooms. A visit to the symbol of the entire island of Brač, Zlatni rat beach, is also mandatory. If you want a panoramic 360 view, go to the top of Vidova Gora and enjoy the open view that reaches infinity!
