Villa Rasotica

The beautiful Villa Rasotica on the island of Brač is an oasis of peace, comfort and privacy surrounded by palm trees! This luxurious and spacious edition in the style of Spanish haciendas was renovated in 2009 and offers accommodation for a total of 8 guests.

Arriving at Villa Rasotica, you will immediately notice a carefully tended garden with many different trees and Mediterranean plants. The spacious pool terrace offers a 50 m2 pool, and after swimming you can relax on one of the deckchairs. The villa has a covered outdoor dining room, a summer kitchen and a fireplace, which is the ideal place to enjoy seafood delicacies that you can buy in the center of town directly from the fishermen! There is also an outdoor shower and one toilet at your disposal. The spacious yard is ideal for various sports activities, and table tennis and table football will serve you for fun! On the ground floor of the villa there are 3 bedrooms, two of which have a king size bed, and the third has one king size bed and one queen bed. All bedrooms are extremely spacious and rustically decorated. Massive solid wood dominates the space and gives it a rustic Mediterranean chic. One of the bedrooms has a jacuzzi tub. There is another bathroom and laundry room on the ground floor. All bedrooms have direct access to the garden and the pool terrace. On the first floor of Villa Rasotica there is a spacious living room with an indoor fireplace and plenty of space for the whole group! There is also one bathroom on this floor. Right next to it is a fully equipped kitchen and a dining room with a balcony.

The villa is fully air-conditioned and covered by a WiFi signal. Parking is on site and free of charge.
