The beautiful Villa White pearl is located in the interior of Istria in the town of Svetvincenat. Built in a rustic stone style with wooden details, it is spacious and modernly equipped and offers a peaceful and relaxing vacation in the silence of the Istrian countryside.
Villa White pearl is an oasis of peace and relaxation not far from Rovinj and Pula. A large heated pool of 60 m2 dominates the yard. Sunbeds and other lounge furniture are placed around the pool and on the terrace, as if they were created for relaxing under the Istrian sun. Next to the swimming pool there is also a covered outdoor kitchen with a grill, an open fireplace, a stove and a refrigerator. This location is ideal for outdoor cooking and dining. The spacious yard is carefully maintained and tended and is adorned with many Mediterranean plants. The ground floor of the villa is dominated by warm interior tones, which are divided into a kitchen and dining room and a spacious living room. The living room offers a sofa and an armchair, Smart TV and an indoor fireplace for heating on colder days. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary devices and appliances, and the dining room can accommodate the whole group. One toilet is located on the ground floor. Villa White pearl in Istria has three bedrooms with king size beds and en suite bathrooms. One bedroom is located on the ground floor and has direct access to the pool terrace, while the other two bedrooms are located on the first floor of the villa.
Guests can use 5 bicycles completely free of charge.

The surroundings of Villa White Pearl are ideal for enjoying outdoor sports activities. Explore the Renaissance town of Svetvincenat by bike. See the Renaissance churches, Kastel Morosini - Grimani, frescoes and the witch's house! Three festivals are held in the town: the Medieval Festival, the Cheese Festival and the Dance Festival. The environment is ideal for cycling and trailing, all routes and maps can be found online on the website of the tourist board. The nearby town of Vodnjan is worth a visit, the champion of Istrian tourism - Rovinj - is 26 km away, and the town of Pula is 20 km away. The nearest beach is in Fazana, 18 km from the villa.

Die White Pearl ist eine wunderschöne Villa mit einem wirklich riesigen Pool und einer sehr gepflegten Außenanlage. Besonders praktisch ist die Außenküche. Wir haben nur dort gegessen. Da dort auch ein Kühlschrank zur Verfügung steht, hatten wir immer kühle Getränke und mussten nicht ständig ins Haus. Das Haus selber ist sehr stilvoll eingerichtet mit Liebe zum Detail. Alles ist sehr sauber. Vom Zimmer im Obergeschoss kann man sogar das Meer sehen. Die Gegend ist ländlich, aber Supermärkte und kleinere Fischerorte mit Tourismus sind gut erreichbar. Im nicht weit entfernten Vodnjan gibt es eine kleine Bäckerei, die köstliches Weißbrot und Gebäck im Angebot hat. Auch zu empfehlen ist Fazana, das nicht weit hinter Vodnjan am Meer liegt. Ein kleiner Geheimtipp ist der Strand von Peroj. Ebenfalls ein Geheimtipp ist die Konoba Clarici. Aber bitte vorbestellen. Es fast immer alles belegt. Die Speisen sind köstlich zu einem wirklich fairen Preis. Wer Pizza mag, fährt nach Svetvincinat. Nun zur Gastgeberin: Ivana ist wirklich eine unheimlich freundliche und sympathische Person. Sie war immer für uns erreichbar und hat sich regelmäßig erkundigt, ob wir irgendetwas brauchen und alles in Ordnung ist. Begrüßt wurden wir mit einem riesigen Obstkorb. Für die Kinder hatte sie nach der langen Fahrt extra Melone und Wasser gekühlt. Wir waren zweimal in der White Pearl und haben den Urlaub sehr genossen. Danke an Ivana!

Ein unvergesslich schöner Familienurlaub. Das schöne Haus lässt keine Wünsche offen. Es ist auf höchstem Niveau mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Die Gastgeberin ist super freundlich, antwortet schnell, ist zuverlässig und sehr korrekt. Ich kann die schöne Villa wärmstens empfehlen und wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen 😊
