Villa Smiljana is a brand new luxury villa on the island of Brac. Located in the town of Milna, it offers a beautiful view of the sea and the whole town, and the sunset is especially magical! It can accommodate up to 9 guests in 4 modern and comfortably furnished bedrooms.

The modern, spacious and tastefully decorated Villa Smiljana offers guests complete privacy due to its location and spacious yard. Protected from the view, you can enjoy the large pool terrace dominated by the 36m2 pool. You can relax on one of the sunbeds, and an outdoor dining area is also available. Right next to the pool is an outdoor fireplace with a summer kitchen, ideal for preparing fish that you can buy in the village early in the morning! The ground floor of Villa Smiljana is excellently connected to the terrace thanks to large sliding windows. On the ground floor there is a living room, kitchen, dining room and one bathroom. The living room is equipped with a Smart TV, comfortable couches and an indoor fireplace. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary appliances and a Lavazza coffee machine. The stairs lead to the first floor of Villa Smiljana, where there are 4 tastefully and comfortably decorated bedrooms. All bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms, TV, table and chair. The master bedroom has a big terrace with sunbeds that offers a beautiful view of the sea and the town. The bathroom of the master bedroom offers a bathtub and a walk-in shower, while the other bathrooms are equipped with walk-in showers.

Villa Smiljana is fully air-conditioned and covered by a WiFi signal. The parking lot is spacious and a garage is at your disposal too.
